Why Do We Do It?
For a long time, we perceive a great demand of companies for IT experts. When companies that can rate people above average do not have enough employees, municipalities have little chance of attracting experienced experts who would really help them with large IT projects.
Therefore, large projects are often implemented without a clear vision, concept or under non-transparent conditions. At the same time, little would be enough. To enable local governments to have experts close by who would impartially help to make a needs analysis, a plan, project definition, and only on the basis of these documents the procurement started.
Our goal is to provide municipalities with independent experts who will help them invest effectively in IT projects and enable them to increase the use of European funds.
We offer municipalities independent experts (ie an expert cannot work for a company that could implement the project), who will guide them through the entire IT project process according to a transparent methodology for improving the quality of the preparation and implementation of IT projects in the regions. The methodology was created in cooperation with Slovensko.digital, which solves this issue at the national level.
The combination of methodology and independent, expert supervision will ensure that the output of each project is functional digital services or products that meet the needs of municipalities and citizens.
In addition, the current program period includes a large package of funds intended for digitization and development of digital services of local governments. It would be a shame if this money remained unused or was used inefficiently.
