We develop people
It may sound strange, but IT is not about machines. It's about people. About educated, smart people. We are happy to help those who want to develop - by providing high-quality education in companies, by participating in great conferences, or by organizing meetups on topics that are important.
We support schools
Our parents know that knowledge needs to be shared. That is why many people from the companies in the cluster lecture and teach at schools - from elementary schools to universities. They try to convey their experiences to young active people in a lively way, they run labs where they work on great projects, they assign topics for student works, they offer internships and part-time jobs. The most talented students are often directly involved in global projects that are being worked on in their companies, and many students will stay with the company permanently.
We help municipalities
We know that in times when it is not easy to get quality people even for companies, local governments have a really hard time building IT departments. Creating large digital projects in the field of transport, education or eGovernment is therefore sometimes really difficult in the regions. However, we can help here as well, as we do with our business customers. We will provide qualified (not only) IT experts, including, for example, project managers who will ensure the smooth implementation of projects.
We create a community
Our members understand that companies, no matter how big, alone are not as powerful as our entire community together. Therefore, where possible, all ZAIT members join forces. Whether it is about supporting IT education at schools, organizing interesting events or helping our city or the entire region. We even went around the world together and collected funds for a non-profit organization. Another time we painted the premises together.
